- Right Carbs are fully rebuilt only snapped one small brass bolt and stripped one thread, I re-tapped the thread straight away and took it up one size, to fix the snapped bolt I had to find another brass bolt & cut it down to size. I also had a hole in the end gas welded with a silver rod by a friend of mine, to make it work. The hole in the bolt has the main needle go down into it so I made sure the whole was the same depth as the original bolt.

recommend attaching the rubber manifolds to the carbs first then the cylinder head, this photo was taken before I realised that was the correct method, also don't forget to clamp them to the carbs first and rubber grease both sides of the manifold to help the rubber slide and prevent cracking of the rubber!c
